CAPITAL RUNE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Background Information

1.1. Capital Rune with its registered office at 440, Center Street, Camp, Pune 411001, MH India collects and uses certain Personal Data that is limited to the contact information of its customers, required to provide our products or services, fulfil our legitimate business purposes and/or comply with applicable laws and regulations. Capital Rune is responsible for ensuring that it uses the collected Personal Data in compliance with the data protection laws in place.

1.2. At Capital Rune, we respect the privacy of our clients and are committed towards ensuring that all the Personal Data collected is secured. This Privacy Policy governs the handling of Personal Data by Capital Rune in the course of its commercial activities.

1.3. The following definitions will be used in this Privacy Policy by Capital Rune:

(i) “Capital Rune”, “Us” or “We” refers to Capital Rune.
(ii) “Personal Data” refers to any information that relates to a natural person, which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available by Capital Rune, is capable of identifying such person.

2. Capital Rune Services

2.1. This Privacy Policy concerns the information that we collect when providing a Software As A Service (SAAS): 

a) Consulting and advisory services

b) Multi cloud consulting

c) DevSecOps

d) Fin Ops

e) NW Security Group Back up

Therefore, this Privacy Policy covers the information we receive through our Multi-Cloud Consulting, DevSecOps and FinOps services (“Capital Rune Services”)

3. Collection of personal data

In order to provide our services, fulfil our legitimate business purposes and/or comply with applicable laws and regulations, we collect and process your personal data as follows:

3.1. The information that we hold will be limited to customer contact information. This may include name, home address, phone number, and e-mail addresses.

3.2 We will not be collecting any confidential information outside of the customer environment.

3.3 Only customer emails/contact information is privy to us and could be stored in our own systems.

3.4 No customer's business specific information will be collected and stored with us. 

3.5 All information collected shall always be owned by customer only and shall be stored in their environment.

4. Use of Information for assistance/maintenance

4.1. In furtherance to the services provided by us, we may store and process the personal data collected by us.

Ø However, no information is required to be collected for maintenance purposes. 

Ø Providing assistance in configuration of software, maintenance and troubleshooting of problems does not necessitate the collection of any information outside of the customer environment and may be done without the same.

4.2 Only contact information will be shared with Capital Rune. Customer specific workload information/ logs will be within the customer environment and Capital Rune will not own it. 

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

5.1. Capital Rune does not share, sell, rent, or trade the collected personal data with third parties. We do not use or share the personal data provided to us in any way to any third party without providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such transfer of data.

5.2 Furthermore, information collected from customers is limited to their contact details only which will be saved within the customer environment wherein such information is owned by the customers themselves.

6. Rights regarding Personal Data

6.1. If need be, we are open to share/show your personal information that we collect.

6.2  In all the above cases in which we collect, use or store Personal Data, you may have the following rights:

● the right to obtain information regarding the processing of your Personal Data and access to the Personal Data which we hold about you;

● the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time. However, we may still be entitled to process your Personal Data if we have another legitimate reason for doing so;

● the right to request that we rectify your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

● the right to request that we erase your Personal Data in certain circumstances;

● the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection regulator if you have proof that any of your rights have been infringed by us.

Nevertheless, Capital Rune takes the trust you place in us seriously to protect your personal data to its best of our abilities. In order to protect your personal data from loss, or unauthorised use, access or disclosure, Capital Rune utilises reasonable and appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process. We keep personal data for the length of any contractual relationship and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, after the end of that relationship for as long as necessary to perform purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to protect Capital Rune from any legal claims.

When we no longer need to use personal data, we will delete it from our systems and or/and take steps to anonymise the data unless we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
